Birthday Party Hero

In addition to all that each party is equipped with a party hero to ensure that the needs of the birthday child (AND BIRTHDAY MOM) are taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. The party hero plans and executes the following birthday items:

 

  • Age appropriate games and relays suited for your party!
  • Records the gifts and gift-givers so the child can write thank you notes later.
  • Delivery of pizza, cake, ice cream, and gifts.
  • Digital pictures of the whole event on a disc & a framed 8x10 of the party for free!
  • Complete set up and tear down – NO CLEAN UP FOR MOM!
  • A kid-friendly exciting personality and a eagerness to your child’s birthday be a party success!

Please note that a $75.00 deposit is required to save the date for your birthday party event. In the event of unexpected inclement weather, you will be given your choice of available dates to reschedule your party. If you suspect inclement weather and would like to reschedule your birthday party, please notify us at least 5 days ahead of time in order to secure a new date for your event. If for any reason you wish to cancel your birthday party all together, only $25.00 of your deposit is refundable and is only considered so if you call 7 days ahead of time to cancel.


Parental supervision is a necessary part of any function at Clearwater Park and we would like to encourage the parents of your guests to attend your party. The first 2 adults accompanying birthday guests will be free of charge. Additional adults will receive the half-day discount of $8.00 We also ask that you please observe the following ratio of children to adult when planning your party:
Children 1-8 – 5:1 Children 9-12 – 6:1 Teens 13-16 – 7:1 Teens 17-18 – 8:1
Please schedule your party 2 weeks before party date.
